in Tokyo I’ve ended my speech with a provocation, “The real revolution is not the digital revolution. The digital world is just a new environment: the real revolution will be the evolution of our consciences.
We’ve been catapulted into the Era 3.0, where only those that recognize that the customers have a soul will be entitled to stay.
Companies need a vision: differences between profit, no-profit and right profit.
A revolution is under way. A rich economic period leads to a new philosophic moment. You were born to learn and it is your duty to keep on doing it. And you have to do it right away!
